MEP Draftsman / Building Services System Planner (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Create technical drawings and 3D models for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary systems using Autodesk Revit and Trimble Nova
• Support the planning, calculation, and sizing of building services systems
• Perform heat load calculations and prepare hydraulic balancing documentation
• Integrate and coordinate MEP models in BIM projects
• Maintain planning documents, technical documentation, and revision drawings
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders
• Contribute to quality assurance and technical clarifications

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Technical System Planner, MEP Draftsman, or comparable qualification in building services engineering
• Professional experience in the design and modeling of MEP systems (HVAC/Building Services)
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and/or Trimble Nova MEP
• Knowledge of heat load calculation and hydraulic balancing is a plus
• Ideally familiar with BIM methodologies and 3D model coordination
• Strong sense of responsibility, structured way of working, and team orientation
• Good command of written and spoken German is required
