Project Manager (m/f/d) – Energy and Building Services Engineering / MEP / HVAC

In this key position, you will take on challenging projects as a Project Manager (m/f/d) in the field of technical building services (MEP) – with a focus on energy and building services engineering or HVAC. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, lead dedicated project teams, and take full responsibility for the successful execution of your projects across all project phases – right up to final handover. You will play an active role in shaping the outcome and assume full responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for the planning and execution of complex MEP (technical building services) projects
  • Technical and organizational leadership of internal and external project teams
  • Management of project phases in accordance with HOAI (phases 1–9): from concept to final handover
  • Planning, tendering, awarding, and construction supervision of building services systems
  • Coordination with other trades and interfaces on the construction site
  • Independent management of project progress, including cost and schedule tracking
  • Support in invoice verification, measurement (Aufmaß), and quality assurance

Your Profile

  • Technical training or university degree in MEP, building services, electrical engineering, energy or environmental technology
  • Professional experience in project management or engineering, ideally in the MEP/HVAC sector
  • Solid knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. VOB, DIN, VDI)
  • Confident handling of HOAI-based project processes and ideally experience with CAD/planning software (Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Trimble Nova MEP)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A solution-oriented mindset, reliable demeanor, and strong team spirit
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
