Working Student/Intern in Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

Your Role

• Support us in recruiting for various positions across different hierarchy levels.
• Your tasks include creating job postings, communicating with candidates and departments, and accompanying interviews.
• Take responsibility for active sourcing projects on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to attract talent for sia project.
• Manage your ongoing projects independently and document your achievements meticulously in our applicant management system.
• Contribute to exciting projects like organizing recruiting events or employer branding activities, and share your own ideas.

Your Profile

• You are currently studying business or social sciences, psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not required.
• You enjoy working in a team and thrive in the dynamic environment of a growing company.
• You tackle challenges proactively and independently develop solutions.
• Your goal is to collaborate with your team to create the best recruitment processes.
• You have fluent German skills (at least C1) and very good English skills (at least B2).
